As managing director of TCMLaser Dörflinger in Allschwil, I lead a company together with my father that specialises in the application and distribution of high-quality lasers from the brands B-Cure, MKW and LABpen. With lumalaser.ch, we provide private individuals, professionals and practices across Switzerland with access to certified laser therapy devices and expert consultation.
My professional journey began in nursing. As a qualified nurse, I gained valuable early experience in working directly with people and health. This foundation still shapes my holistic perspective on therapy, healing and empathy.
After my nursing career, I completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, deepening my knowledge in corporate management, strategy and financial management – competencies I apply directly to building and developing our company.
I also gained practical experience in Human Resources, particularly in recruiting and employee development. This expertise helps me lead our company in a structured, efficient and people-centred way.
I speak German, English and French, allowing me to advise customers across Switzerland and beyond – especially in the field of soft laser application in therapy and practice.
As a mother, I know how important structure, flexibility and focus on what truly matters are. I believe the combination of medical knowledge, business strength and human closeness is the key to offering our customers not only high-quality laser products, but genuine guidance in the field of laser field therapy.
